Hardcore Enterprises is an Australian based company specialising in product that appeals to the "Youth Culture Market". The company has grown consistently over the last decade due to its youthful but experienced team, and the leadership of Stephen and Peter Hill. As skateboarders themselves, Peter and Stephen Hill founded Hardcore in 1984, rapidly expanding into one of the world's largest skateboard distributors.

Stephen and Peter continued to promote the sport and wrote two successful books on the subject. Through constant promotions, tours, contests, video and magazine advertising, Hardcore became the driving force behind the skateboarding explosion during the mid 80's in Australia. Skateboard culture, despite its cyclic nature, is an excellent barometer of trends in the 14-21 year old age group. Expansion and diversification continued when "Die Hard Pty Ltd" was founded in 1987 as the clothing division of the business. Die Hard's first licensed label was Vision Streetwear, which was an instant success.

Die Hard's current premier labels include M-ONE-11, Split, Girl Star, Mooks, Mossimo, Undergirl, Paul Frank and World Industries. Die Hard is now one of the largest suppliers of branded youth clothing in Australia and New Zealand. Die Hard's sales force comprises of in-house sales staff and large national network of commission and salary sales representatives. All products are sold to an Australia wide account base of over 1000 retailers, who are renowned for stocking the best and most successful brands of clothing.

Hardcore's action sports division is constantly expanding. Hardcore is Australia's largest skateboard distributor, also dominating the snowboard market with leading brands such as Independent, Real, Stereo, Anti-Hero, Spitfire, Birdhouse, Girl, Globe and Gallaz Shoes. Hardcore and Die Hard's commitment and extensive relationships in the ASR industry will ensure that it remains Australia's major force in Action Sports.

Hardcore's Australian operation is mirrored in New Zealand by Hardcore New Zealand, which was established in 1989. Hardcore New Zealand has its office, showrooms, and warehouse situated in the heart of Auckland, and is staffed by its own management, warehouse, and in-house sales team. This autonomous team has built a major presence across the Tasman.

Stussy Australia and Stussy Sista are associated companies of Hardcore. Stussy has a strong established streetwear image for men, and Stussy Sista is a wholly Australian produced women's range that is exported throughout the U.S.A., Europe and Japan. Also included in this operation are the licenses for the Fresh Jive and Counter Culture labels. Hardcore and Die Hard provide a unique product and marketing mix for Australia and the world. With a proven record of success the future opportunity of the company, and its products, are unlimited.
